The environment we provide...
We provide a clean, stable and competitive gaming experience to all ISG members and public guests. We promote teamwork, community and the betterment of all members. Day in and day out we vouch to provide a gaming experience that each and every member would want to be a part of. We will be compete with the best, grow, build camaraderie within, and always enjoy ourselves while in each other's presence. While we are here to have fun, we are also in it to win it! When in matches, members will remain focused on the objective at hand and strategically dominate the enemy with teamwork and our high skill level of gaming!
What being part of the team means...
[ISG] members work together in and out the games we play. Members assist others with basic game knowledge, provide constructive criticism, and sometimes in their personal lives as well. Nothing is off limits when it comes to helping another member of our community and nothing is expected except general respect and acceptance. When in game, TEAMWORK is to be the focus and basis for our members. We are not to focus on individual success within a game, but to do what is necessary for the better good of the community. Through teamwork, even our lowest ranking member is a force to be reckoned with. When your team mates need assistance... offer it. Work together to capture objectives, defend positions and use your strong points to assist your squad and team. Communication skills are very imporant to any team... in any game. Establish a line of communication, call out enemy positions, relay team objectives and notify team mates to any changes in your environment. When using teamwork and communication.. [ISG] can rule the battlefield and win the round.
